Jason's Story

Jason was diganosed with AML Leukemia on May 28, 2008. He woke up that morning with stomach cramps. He went to the bathroom and started to throw up blood. His mother Kim decided to rush him to the E.R. because of the amount of blood he had thrown up. As they were walking into the E.R. Jason passed out due to so much blood loss. They rushed him in and took blood tests and X-rays. Then they rushed him in an ambulance to Phoenix Children's Hospital. Once there more tests were taken and he was diagnosed with leukemia. He was then given a blood transfusion and they found at least 95% of his blood was affected with leukemia. He has started chemo treatments and will do so for a 10 day period. He will then stay in the hospital and recover from treatment for 20 days. He will then be aloud to come home for about 2 weeks. He will return to the hospital after the 2 weeks home and started the process all over again. Please keep him in your daily prayers and please visit often to check on his progress.
